Employment by Richs is contingent upon the signing of an agreement to arbitrate (link below) in connection with the Richs Dispute Resolution Program (link below), completing the Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9), and passing a background review.

If you are hired by Richs, you will be an at-will employee, you will be required to follow all policies and rules of Richs and your employment can be terminated at any time for any reason or you may quit at any time.
